Refund and Returns Policy

For Branded and Personalised Print and Promotional Items

Please note that all products that are personalized and custom-made cannot be returned. As part of our commitment to accuracy, you will have the opportunity to carefully review your order online before it goes into production. Please ensure you double-check any errors, as CarePRINT is not responsible for mistakes not identified during this stage. In the rare instance of a defect in the final product, CarePRINT will review the issue and determine if a partial or full refund is appropriate.

For Non-personalized and Other Products

To be eligible for a refund, you are required to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase.

Return Shipping and Condition: It’s important to note that some of our suppliers may have specific return policies and may not accept returns. If this is the case, you may not be eligible for a return or refund. We recommend contacting our customer service for further assistance or information. When returning any product, please keep in mind that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Additionally, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Restocking Fee: Please be aware that certain returned products may incur up to 30% restocking fee, which is a charge directly imposed by our suppliers. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way. We ask that you complete a refund form to document your request which can be received by contacting the CarePRINT support team at info@careprint.com.au.

After we receive your completed return form, our team will process your refund if it meets the relevant conditions in line with the Competition and Consumer Act 2010. CarePRINT reserves the right to administer refunds when consumers may not be entitled to a refund on a case-by-case basis. Customers may not be entitled to a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind
  • Consumer misuse
  • Misuse by individuals outside of the organisation.

If CarePRINT determines that a refund is applicable the money will be refunded in agreement with the customer to the original payment method used during the purchase. Payments may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to appear on your credit card statement or other account.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. If you have any questions please get in touch with the Support Team at info@careprint.com.au.
